About me
Claude Baillargeon, PhD, MFA, is professor of art history at Oakland University in Rochester, MI, and an independent curator and writer, who divides his time between Metro Detroit and Toronto, Canada. His current scholarship investigates the nuclear era from the perspective of its global visual representation. Of special interest is the photographic depiction of hibakusha, those who survived the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
